Cancellation Policy
Your custom website will be completed and delivered within 10 business days after providing all necessary details, content, and assets. This includes design, setup, and basic functionality tailored to your needs. Once the website is delivered, you may request minor revisions within 5 business days. Major changes or additional pages beyond the original scope may incur extra fees. Due to the personalized nature of this service, the set up is non-refundable once work has begun. If you encounter technical issues or need support after delivery, please contact us, and we will assist promptly to ensure your website is fully functional and meets your expectations. Please note, I do not work for payment providers, acceptance by payment providers is solely your responsibility. If you have any issues with signing up for Square, PayPal, etc, please check eligibility before booking this service. Domains, add-ons, and extra pages/functionalities is an extra fee. Because this service is very tedious, I will be reaching out to set up and time and date for a small conversation regarding your needs before I began the work.
